Andy is survived by his parents, Elem Alvin and Deborah Nichols, his brother; Alvin Ray, his wife Lisa and their children: Jonathon, Nicole, Lauren, and Carleigh, his brother; Joseph, his wife Amy and their children: Jordan and Taylor, his brother; Robert, wife Stephanie and their children: Gia, Alana and Alexa. Andy is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
