Beloved mother to Karl F. Brower (Marilyn) of Woodbridge, VA and Dr. Tina L. Brower-Thomas (Gordon) of Washington, D.C.. She also leaves to cherish her memory, her siblings: DeVois A. Deck (Danny) of Manassas, VA, Val Jean F. Hillman (Cheryl) of Chicago, IL, and Jeffrey L. Clincy of Washington, D.C. as well as other relatives and friends.
