Betty J. Harding, 97, of Eufaula, AL, passed away on May 20, 2026 in Falls Church, VA. Betty was born in Eufaula, AL, to Emmie J. Price and Layton Purswell on August 25, 1928. She went to school in Washington, DC. She married Roy A. Harding on July 2, 1948 in Washington, DC.
She worked as an administrative assistant for several churches over 35 years.
She was involved in local churches.
Betty is preceded in death by Roy A. Harding.
Betty is survived by Linda McCarthy, Patti Robey, David Harding, Stephanie Keoney, Dawn Fuchs, Chris Johnson, Michelle Nayles, Heather Harding, and her 10 great grandchildren.
The visitation will be held at 1:00pm on May 25, 2026, at National Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on May 25, 2026 in the Chapel of National Funeral Home and Memorial Park, with the burial to follow at National Memorial Park.
