Born in Michigan in 1925, Bonnie died peacefully July 3, 2014, in Garden City, SC, with family and friends present; recently in the loving care of NHC HealthCare and Caris Hospice. Cherished wife for 59 years of Lyn Nofziger, beloved mother of Glenda Tarry of SC; grandmother of Matthew, Zachary, and Jacqueline; great grandmother of Matthew, Jr. and Jacob. A daughter, Susan Piland, died in 1989.
Bonnie served in the Women's Army Corps during WWII and was a longtime resident of Falls Church, VA. She had lived in SC since Lyn's death in 2006.
Family and friends are welcome at a graveside service to be held at 2:30 Wednesday at National Memorial Park, in Falls Church, VA.
