Brenda Buckley Tozar, originally of Fairfax County, passed away after a brief illness on July 2, 2026 at Conway Medical Center, Conway, South Carolina. Mrs. Tozar and her husband had moved to Conway several years ago.
Brenda was predeceased by her mother Doris, and father Raymond, and brothers Milton and Raymond, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Russell, and brothers Michael and Leon.
Mrs. Tozar was a victim of polio as a child and was a March of Dimes poster child. In spite of physical challenges, she had a 40 year career with American Medical Labs and was loved by all who knew her.
She and Russell were married just 4 months shy of 50 years.
A Committal Service will be held at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042, US, on July 15, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
