Born on April 23, 1932, he passed away at the age of 79 on April 28, 2011. He is survived by his beloved wife Isla, his cherished great-niece Jennifer Hogan and great-nephew Kevin Hogan and many wonderful nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gainesville Health & Rehab Center, 7501 Heritage Village Plaza, Gainesville, VA 20155. A funeral service will be held at National Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 3 at 11am, followed by interment in National Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 2 from 2-4 & 6-8pm.
