Chester C. Montgomery 94, of Arlington, VA passed away July 9, 2014. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 57 years Henrietta B. Montgomery. Chester is survived by his three devoted children Peggy (Brooks) Greene, Don Montgomery, Bob (Patti) Montgomery; two grandchildren Justin and Kevin Montgomery.
