Craig H. Lockard, age 57, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. Craig earned a Master’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and served for 28 years as an employee with the Department of Defense. Craig was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Lakeridge, VA. He is survived by his mother, Marion Lockard. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in Craig’s memory to St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 12351 All Saints Pl, Lake Ridge, VA 22192.
