Doris S. Orndorff

Born in Washington, D.C., Mrs. Orndorff's family later moved to the Northern Virginia area prior to moving to Fredericksburg. She was a charter member of First Christian Church of Falls Church, and was a current member of Epic Life Church, Fredericksburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Orndorff.

She is survived by five children and their spouses, Don Orndorff and Christy Sciscoe of Fairfax, mark and Susan Orndorff of Fayetteville, Pa., Sharon and Bill Ball of Ruther Glen, Judy and Kent Schrader of Fredericksburg, and Cindy and Bill Denny of Bristow; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by brothers Charles Sullivan and Edwin Sullivan.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.

A service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 at the funeral home chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. A reception will follow t Tabernacle United Methodist Church. Burial will be at 3 p.m. at National Memorial Park, Falls Church.
