Sorry for Dottie's sickness and passing. It was a holiday when Dottie and Cecil would visit our family.                                                                                                                  Love Tony

Barbara and I offer our deepest sympathy to Cec. Dottie was a great lady who overcame much hardship in her life starting in Sweet Grass, Montana; until she met the only love of her life, Cecil.  We enjoyed many times together over the years and especially the last few as we traveled between RI and FL stopping in to see them both and eating breakfast or dinner at their favorite restaurant.  She will and is missed greatly!!  Cousin and mom are finally together.

Dottie was my mom's cousin and a best friend for decades. I haven't seen her in 25 years, but remember her as a kind, friendly, and beautiful lady. So sad to know you're no longer here. RIP
