Dorothy "Rae" (Pearson) Crabtree of Alexandria, Virginia passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at her daughter Janice's home in Manassas, Va. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Paul Crabtree.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Galloway of Hanover, Pennsylvania, her daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Robert Taylor of Manassas, Virginia and three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Rae was a long-time employee at Hayman's, a ready to wear ladies clothing store in Old Town Alexandria. After retiring, she was an active member of the Mount Vernon Evening Lions Club.
Memorial services will be held at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia on Saturday, April 2, 2016. Viewing to be held at 12:00 noon, Chapel Service at 1:00p.m., and Burial at 2:00p.m.
