We hold Eileen in our hearts and prayers and will long remember her faith and hope in the face of illness. We salute her devoted Gordon for his courage throughout the ordeal and his continuing trust in God's Providence. May Eileen rest eternally in the peace and Light and Love of Christ.

I only met Eileen once but she was just a beautiful woman with a great spirit. Rest in perfect peace.

Eileen was a good friend.  We lost touch for a while which was a shame.  We are so sorry we did not catch up in time to be with both Eileen and Gordon more prior her illness and death. She will be missed.  Rest in Peace

Eileen was a kind, sweet and loving person.  We met at the cubbies and eventually shared an office at MJW. She was a treat to work with and always had a smile for everyone. I enjoyed and admired her so much.

I worked with Eileen for 13 years.  She was always so nice and tried to take care of me - Sharing food and the real scoop about what was going on around the office.  I was so sad and almost dis-believing to hear about her passing.  My deepest sympathy to Gordon and her family and friends.

Some of my earliest memories of cousins are those of Eileen.  She was always the cousin that looked out for the younger ones.  I will miss her and she will always be in my heart.  Our deepest sympathy to you Gordon.

Eileen is greatly missed. I will forever remember the sweet, loving, and caring person she was with me. My prayers are with you Gordon!

Eileen was much more than a cousin to me she was a very good friend. I've always marveled at what she accomplished in life along with her volunteer work with the VA FOPA where she was so active at a local, state and national levels and was honored to be part of that for several years. I know how much Gordon loves her and misses her as we all will. Eileen was such a kind and loving person to all. She will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Eileen, you will be missed by so many.  Your beautiful smile, quick wit and loving spirit.  You made us laugh, supported us in our time of need, and had the biggest heart in the whole world.  Our deepest sympathy to you Gordon, the love of her life, and to her sister, friends and family.

I feel as if  I've lost another Sister. The years I had with her were amazing.  She loved everyone,  and loved with her whole being. My children and grandchildren adored her. She had that special quality of making you think you were the best thing that ever happened to every day. Most of you knew we called each other Jennifer,  no one ever called us that, so that's who we were. It was a funny private joke. 
Her "Gordie" was her life, she adored him.

Gordon, I am so sorry. I only had the opportunity to get to know Eileen for a few years, but she was such a blessing to the people around her.  I know she loved you dearly and you were one of the great joys of her life.  I will miss Eileen very much.

Eileen was a special person who enjoyed life and had so many friends who loved her as we did. Jack was very dependent on Eileen as part of the team that worked many years together in serving the firm clientele. I will always remember the 40 years of friendship that Eileen and I had. The good times and bad times (mostly the good). She was a beautiful lady. She made an impression on our daughter with her humor and loving personality and our grandchildren just loved her. We will greatly miss her but she will always be in our hearts. Love you Gordon.

On January 22nd I lost the love of my life Eileen. Eileen was so much more than a loving wife. Eileen loved people she had so many friends and they were special to her. There were so many people she helped, so many causes she supported and worked to make them thrive. Eileen was the first woman elected Virginia Fraternal Order of Police Associate State President. Eileen went on to the first woman to be elected National President. I was so proud of her. I had to share her with so many but she had plenty of love to go around. Eileen touched many lives in such a good way her loss will be felt. Eileen will always remembered as that fun loving girl and will always have my heart.

My sister, Eileen, was the most caring, loving, and generous human being with her time and many talents.  Eileen took on my children and grandchildren and they were blessed having her love and care for them.  Her sense of humor and quick-wit were  infamous and she never met a stranger....just never.  To all those that were lucky enough to know and love her I say to you, "When you remember Eileen, it means that you carry something of who she was with you and that Eileen left some mark of who she was on who you are". Sis, I will miss you forever and know you are finally at peace, but selfishly I still want you here with me just as your "Gordie" and everyone else who knew you would want you here.

I will always remember Eileen as a very kind woman with a beautiful soul. I will miss her.
