He will be deeply missed by his wife of 57 years, Marguerite; children, Susan (Desiree), Marcia (Bill) Goodman, Cathy (Tim) Deely, Teresa (Tom) Camarca, Tom (Janelle), Greg (Angela), Julie (Troy) Gary, and Pete (Liz); 28 grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Sprauer and Alma Holt.
Visitation will take place on Monday, June 1 at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 W Broad Street, Falls Church, VA, from 5 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 noon on Tuesday, June 2 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 3829 Woodburn Rd, Annandale, VA. Inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery, at a later date.
