

She was born April 25th, 1916 along with her late twin brother Myron Evan Anderson to the late William Clyde Anderson and the late Ada Eugenia McDill Anderson in Forest, Mississippi. When her mother passed away, she was blessed with a second mother, the late Jewell Greene Mitchell Anderson.
Evalyn played a great and active role in the lives of her brothers and their families and her husband's family. After retirement from the NSA, she did many types of volunteer work. She was an active Presbyterian, with a strong faith. She was also an accomplished pianist.
Evalyn was predeceased by her beloved husband George Robert Harbaugh, and her brothers, twin – Myron Evan Anderson, William Eugene Anderson, Edward Mayo Anderson, Clyde McDill Anderson, James Maurice Anderson, Charlton Alexander Anderson, David McClure Anderson and Robert Haralson Anderson, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. She is survived by many nieces and nephews as well.
Evalyn had a wonderful wit and a positive , generous, and thankful attitude. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042, on Wednesday, December 17th, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
A memorial celebration of her life will be held at Westminster at Lake Ridge Chapel, 12191 Clipper Drive, Lake Ridge, VA 22192, on Monday December 29th at 2:00 p.m.
