My grandmother was my MVP... one of the greatest people I have ever known. Thankful to have her in my life for the past 37 years and to have her spend so much time with my daughter and meet my newborn son. Missing her coffee cake, cookies and sandwiches.. her laugh and her advice.. most of all I miss how special she made everyone feel.. like you were the most special person in the world just by calling you darling. I channel her favorite saying every day.. “take it one day at a time.” She will never be forgotten.

Dear Bonnie and family - your mom was a broad in the best sense of the term - a woman's woman, tough, funny, and sincere, with open arms and an open heart. I am honored to have enjoyed so many family moments with her and all of you over the years.

Bonnie - thank you for sharing your mom with me and all of your friends. I learned so much, laughed so hard and hugged a ton.

So privileged to have had had a woman like Evelyn in my life.

Love to all - Judi

Had known "mrs. price" Evelyn, since about 1965/66. She was always welcoming . One more kid in the house didn't matter to her.
Once when Carol and me showed up in our black and white converse high-tops!! She complemented us on them.!!! Always a calm presence and manner, walter and I admired her greatly, and
Always looked forward to visiting . She will be remembered and missed. Our thoughts and sympathy to all who loved her.

My favorite memory of your mom is how she was always so nice to me and so happy to see me every time I came to your house (which was a lot). We’d sit around your dining room table and talk and your dad was always walking around doing something and once in awhile he would add in to our conversation. Also, every time I would leave she would stand at the door and wave bye. You had a great mom. She will be missed.

Having Evelyn for a Mother-In-Law was such a treat and an honor.
I looked forward to our visits on Linden Lane, and was happy to have had the chance to have her visit with us at our house.
I feel fortunate to have had the chance to "yak" with her, a favorite past time, and will miss our chats dearly. Having a greater understanding of her son through our exchanges, I thank her for that. I am very lucky to have known and loved her.

My favorite memory of Evelyn was the special time we spent together while I did her hair. In between we would share our smoke time together. Of course not now or for many years but she was such a cutie and always had a a big smile on her face and was so happy after her hair was done. She will be missed by many and was loved by so many.
