I first met Florence(Hammond) Wiley when her brother Norman married my sister Deloris Wallace. in Moundsville,WV where I still live.
She was always a very friendly and gracious lady and treated me like she knew me for years. Got to see her when she came to visit and to all the many funerals of her parents and brother. I helped her brother to settle the estates of her mother and father and also finalized the estates of my sister and Norman. I will always remember her special smile and she was one of the most caring, kindest, and loving ladies that I have met in my lifetime. I know that the Lord will Bless and Keep her.
