Mother of Valerie Romanski of Florida and John Walter Nash of California; sister of Elsie Blankenship, Lottie Owens (deceased), Walter Cole (deceased) and Louise North (deceased); aunt to many nieces and nephews. Frances was a member of the First Christian Church in Alexandria, VA and was retired from the United States Government.
