Sergeant 1st Class Frank E. (Bud) Waterman, Jr., US Army Ret, ired, served honorably in the US Army during the German Occupation forces after WWII, in Korea and in Vietnam. His post military career was with Sears in Arlington and in Annandale. For more than 15 years he was a volunteer at Providence Recreation Center in Fairfax.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, WandaVae Waterman; daughters, Julie Stevens (Jim), Deborah Abercrombie (Biff); granddaughters, Heather Diamond (Mark) and Cassandra Stevens; and great-grandchildren, Naomi and Issac Diamond.
A memorial service will be held at Murphy Funeral Home in Falls Church.
