Farewell Gerrie- I’ll always remember your wonderful laugh and upbeat style. …and the fact that in school you seemed to be able to eat everything and not put on a pound! Gerri was a lovely lady. A kind and gentle soul.  I know she will be missed terribly by friends and family.  I was lucky to have known her and Tim back in the day. 

It is with great sadness that I say good bye to my childhood good friend. Gerrie was always a bright light in my grade school and teen years. She also was such a comfort to me in later years as we both faced many medical challenges. 

Some of my best memories are: 1. The two of us were 13 yrs old and we went to the Beatles concert in Washington DC. I believe it was one of their first concerts in the USA. We had made a huge sign to hold up during the concert, and we literally screamed our heads off the entire concert! 2. We were at a teen dance at the Knights of Columbus when we met this “really cute” boy named Tim. Gerrie and Tim danced all night, and the rest is history! 

My sincere love goes out to Tim and their girls and grandchildren. I will miss her phone calls but I will cherish her spirit and hear her laughter as we continue on in life! RIP, Gerrie🌹💔🌹💔🌹

She was always there for me and to say I loved her would be an understatement. I take strength in knowing she is with the Lord that she loved so much.
