Beloved husband for 59 years of Sydell Rabenovets; loving and devoted father to Carol (Jay) Manchester, Martin (Kathleen) Rabenovets, Harriet Rabenovets; loving grandfather of Eric (Rachel) Manchester and Laura Manchester; loving great-grandfather of Bella and Alyssa Manchester. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 20, 10:30 a.m. at B'nai Israel Congregation, 6301 Montrose Rd., Rockville, MD 20852. Interment King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA.
