Our beloved dad, Pop Pop, dear friend, and disciple of Christ, Harold Dakin Schweizer, Jr. of Huddleston, VA, born January 8, 1940, passed away on July 29, 2026. He is now in the light and presence of our Lord, his beloved wife, Quita, and family and friends who went before him.
He is survived by his daughters (Laura and April), sons-in-law (Jeff and Robert), and granddaughters (Faith and Kathryn).
Harry was a strong, generous man who raised us to be strong, loving and kind. He was fiercely patriotic, loved animals, and enjoyed playing and watching sports, especially college basketball and football.
He was devoted to our mother and family, and we will miss him dearly.
