Hernan Rubio-Mendez 37 years old passed away in the morning of Monday May 9, 2016 in Alexandria. Hernan was employed by a pool maintenance and contruction company. Hernan had the biggest heart, super fun and had many friends. He cared for others before he thought of himself. He loved with no limits especially his nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Survived by His mother Luz A Rubio. Father Roman and Neri Mendez. Siblings Jose T Robles, Dinora M. Canales, Emely C. Baumert, Jose R. Rubio, Osmin C. Rubio. He was survived by Maternal grandmother Ylaria Manzano and many nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by Maternal Grandfather Rogelio Rubio, Paternal Grandparents Geronima Robles DeFuentes and Trinedad Oreyana.
