Howard V. Kempter S.F.O. of Falls Church, Virginia, died Tuesday, March 26, 2013.
He was born in Sabula, Iowa on January 5, 1910. Howard graduated from Sabula High school.
He was married to Laverna C. Kemtper (deceased) on September 27, 1938.
He is survived by his son Joseph Kempter, Sr., his wife Bonnie, and daughter-in-law Gloria Kempter, his grandchildren, Jennifer Milotte, Joseph Kempter, Jr., and Samantha Kempter, great grandchildren, Tonya Johns, Paul Milotte, Krystal Hall, Ana Milotte, Brandy Warrell and Gloria Milotte.
He was predeceased by his son, William H. Kempter and granddaughter, Jeannie Warrell.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at
St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, located at 3305 Glen Carlyn Road, Falls Church, VA 22041.
