He was born in Bethesda, MD on October 3, 1954 to the late J. Forrest and Edith Pessaud Brinkley. He was a graduate of Kilmer Center of Fairfax County Public Schools. He is survived and loved by his brother Edward Brinkley and sister Marsha Ehrsam, brother in law Tim Ehrsam; niece Monica Ehrsam, nephews TJ Ehrsam and Max Ehrsam.
The Rev. David Jordan Haas will conduct a memorial service and internment at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday March 14, 2015 at National Funeral Home Chapel, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church VA.
