Joan S Gudelsky

Joan was born in Baltimore, MD to Margaret and Samuel Scherr. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Jerome Gudelsky, brother Jack Sherr, and in-laws: Albert & Audrey Gudelsky and Irma & Behrl Hirschman.

She was the devoted mother of Marc & Meryl Gudelsky, Linda & Andrew Dagen, Ilene & Neri Cohen, and Steven & Marlene Gudelsky, and loving sister of Gloria & Bernard Goldstein. She is survived by her cherished grandchildren: Rachel Dagen, Daniel & Abbey Gudelsky, Matthew & Hannah R. Dagen, Dena & Ryan Blaustein, Craig Spelke, Hannah Dagen, Joel Cohen & Emily Blumenthal, Leah Dagen, Samantha Spelke, Talia & Matthew Goodman, and Alana Gudelsky, and four adorable great-grandsons: Rocco, Noah, Aiden and Owen. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00am on Monday, November 28 at King David Memorial Garden, Falls Church, VA, broadcast available via Zoom; and Zoom shiva. Family will be observing shiva at the residence of Steven & Marlene Gudelsky beginning Monday after the funeral, with services at 7pm on Monday and Tuesday and continuing at the home of Ilene & Neri Cohen on Wednesday at 7pm.
