John was preceded in death by his parents, William Randolph Sr. and Betty Jean Perrin, whom he held dear to his heart. John, the youngest among six siblings, William Jr., Robert, Patricia, David, and Suzanne, leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Born into a family spanning two decades, John's arrival brought joy and unity. His adoration for his mother, Betty, was evident in his actions and words. He was a dedicated son, finding solace in her love and guidance throughout his life.
John had a deep affinity for the beach, where he found tranquility and happiness amidst the waves and sand. His connection to the ocean mirrored his calm and reflective nature, offering him moments of peace and serenity.
