Husband of the late Carol J. Tuttle, died on Friday, December 16, 2016, in Arlington, VA., from colon cancer. He is survived by two sisters, Sylvia Rogers and Sheila Freeman; six children, Catherine A. Tuttle, Frederic J. Tuttle, Ann-Marie Pacia, John E. Tuttle, Andrew T. Tuttle and Paul D. Tuttle and 10 grandchildren. Mr. Tuttle was born in Washington, D.C. and earned a BS in electrical engineering from Bradford Durfee College of Technology in Fall River, Mass. in 1963. Mr. Tuttle worked as an electrical engineer for Harry Diamond Laboratories until his retirement in 2002. He was an active member of St. James Catholic Church in Falls Church, VA. Broad St., (Rt. 7), Tuesday, December 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, 10 a.m., at St. James Catholic Church, 103 N. Spring St., Falls Church, VA. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
