On Tuesday, October 16, 2012, Joseph M. Gichner of Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved husband of Sonya (Myerberg) Gichner; father of Judith (Frank) Kauffman and Bette Callen; step-father of Lisa Hamilton and the late Carol Kleinman. Also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his first wife, Sara (Fisher). Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012 at Adas Israel Congregation, 2850 Quebec Street, NW, Washington, DC at 1 p.m. Interment King David Memorial Garden.
