Josephine Agnes Wilson McMullan

Born on May 7, 1929, Josephine lived a long and meaningful life devoted to her family, guided by love, strength, and grace. Her wisdom and quiet presence left an unforgettable impact on everyone who knew her.

She is lovingly remembered by her four children: John Allan McMullan, Robert Arnold McMullan, Suzan Alice Gallagher, and Daniel Arthur McMullan.

She was a proud and cherished grandmother to: John Allan McMullan II, Daniel Thomas McMullan, Ryan Matthew McMullan, Danielle Nicole Grigg, Joseph Paul Battista and his wife Katya, Robert George Battista and his wife Kelly, and Bradley Richard Mowry and his wife Stacy.

Josephine was also blessed with great-grandchildren, who brought her so much joy: Aria Battista, Robert Battista, Alexis Battista, Joseph Battista, Lou Battista, Oliver Mowry, and Jack Mowry. Kaden, Lizzie, Gabby, and Violet McMullan, Emmit and Wyatt Grigg.

She was preceded in death by; her sister, Winifred Wilson Malone and her grandson, Gary Lee McCoy.

Her legacy lives on through the generations of family she nurtured, loved, and supported. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A graveside service will be held at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, located at 831 Dranesville Rd, Herndon, VA, 20170, US. The service is scheduled for October 17, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
