Josie passed away on July 31, 2011 in Charlottesville, VA. She is survived by her loving children, Rebecca (Frank) Rohrback, Patricia Cooper, Robert (Julie) Cooper and David (Lilibet) Cooper and her dear grandchildren, Kayla & Sammy Cooper, Regina & Rob Benedict, Laurie (Paul) Hodges and Michelle (Eric) Dela Rosa. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Cooper, Sr. and her grandson Steven Rohrback. Visitation will be from 10am to 11am on Thursday, August 4, 2011 with a funeral service to follow at 11am at the National Funeral Home, Falls Church. Burial will be be in National Memorial Park.
