She was born in Warrenton, VA on August 31, 1952. Joyce Horton attended Luther Jackson School. And Joyce worked for Homeland Security as a mailroom clerk for 16 years. She was a loving mother, aunt, sister and friend.
She was survived by her daughter Jerina Horton, brother Robert Horton, Woodrow Wilson Horton, sister-in-law, Sharon Horton and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements will be at 1:00 pm, March 13, 2015 at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA.
