Kun-huang Huang was born in Hsinchu, Taiwan to Heng Ji Huang and Cha Bo Yang on November 23, 1931. He married Shumei Chiang. He graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in economics and Tokyo Medical School.
He worked as a psychiatrist for the VA Hospital in Washington, DC for over 30 years.
Kun-huang Huang is survived by wife Shumei, son Eugene, grandson Kieran, and granddaughter Valentina.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Friday February 20 at National Funeral Home. Arrangements are by National Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Falls Church, Virginia.
