Eddie was born in Montgomery, Maryland to Lloyd Edward Lashbaugh Sr. and Jo Ann Lashbaugh on April 14, 1964. He graduated from Potomac High School in Virginia in 1983. He worked as a federal employee for over 30 years.
A man of many passions, Eddie’s life revolved around his family, friends, comic book collecting community, music, sports, cars, and dachshunds.
Eddie is preceded in death by his youngest brother Eric Lashbaugh and his father Eddie Lashbaugh Sr.
Eddie is survived by son Eddie Lashbaugh III (wife Athena Lashbaugh), mother Jo Ann Lashbaugh, sister Edwina Newman (husband Timothy Newman), sister Kelly Maconaughey (husband Dave Maconaughey), brother Ralph Lashbaugh (wife Amy Lashbaugh), and bonus children Ashley Poulton, Hannah Stead, and Patrick Stead, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 12 – 2 pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at National Funeral Home & Memorial Park in Falls Church, Virginia. Funeral services will commence at 2 pm with burial to follow.
