Luis, I can hardly believe you are gone.... for what seemed like such a brief moment in time.... Whaaat’z up!! Your character greeting that matched your hilarious and cool personality. I will treasure our many shared holidays, weekend get togethers and vacations to Cape Hatteras where we felt more like family than friends. You better tell the “big guy” in heaven to save a spot for me, cuz I am looking forward to that reunion someday. Love you and will never forget you!! Sarah

I worked with Luis for over 10 years. What I remember most of Luis was his smile. Luis always had such a bright smile on his face that just brightened the day. RIP Luis you will be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting you. God Bless !

He taught me that being on time means being 5 minutes early. Always enjoyed his stories about working on the giant ship engines while in the Navy. And who can forget his trademark line, yelled 5 minutes before close of business- "lock it up, I've got to go!" He was a good boss and he'll be missed.

Luis was my shipmate on the USS Whidbey Island. When I first got onboard, I was stationed in MMR-1 with Luis. He took me under his wings and actually became a big brother to me onboard. We had a lot a great memories while onboard. My deepest condolences to all the Benedicto family. Rest In Peace my brother.

After years of working with Luis at Webb Signs, one thing keeps ringing in my ears. Hearing him come into my department shouting " GOT MY PAINT". Rest in peace my friend.
