She was born in Oruro, Bolivia on March 26th, 1959. Maria Cristina Luizaga graduated from
Franz Tamayo High School and received her Nurse's Certification from LaPaz, Bolivia. She was
married to Hugo Franz Luizaga on May 20th, 1984.
Mrs. Luizaga was survived by her husband, Hugo Franz Luizaga; her children, Hugo Luizaga, Blanca Luizaga, and Abril Luizaga; her grandchild Leyla Perez; brothers and sisters, Silvia Flores, Jaime Diaz, Franklin Diaz, and Carmen Linares.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 2:00pm on February 26th, 2012, at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, Va.
