Mary C Fisher Mclean, VA.- passed away on December 13, 2023 at Brightview Living in Great Falls. She was born November 18,1942 in Louisburg, NC, the daughter of Ernest Perry Conn and Ruby Mae Smith Conn.
Mary graduated from Gold Sand High School and received a B. S. in Education at East Carolina University. She soon moved to Virginia and began teaching early elementary education in the Fairfax County School system, finishing her career at SpringHill Elementary in Mclean Va. She was predeceased by her parents and her spouse Lou Fisher. She leaves behind her many friends and former students who remember her vivacious energy, southern spunky charm, love of the arts, teaching the next generation, beach time and Bassett hounds. She was active in the Mclean Project for the Arts, Susan G Koman for the Cure.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 PM , January 23, 2024 at Immanuel Presbyterian Church, 1125 Savile Lane, Mclean Va.
