Mary Ida Pallotta, born in LaPlata, MD in 1929 passed peacefully on Thursday January 27, 2022 in Leesburg, VA. She is survived by 7 children, Debbie Miller, Jamie Miller (Billy Miller), Karen Bernstein (Harv Bernstein), AJ Pallotta, Pam Smariga (Ed Smariga), Tommy Pallotta (Michelle Pallotta), and Peggy Fauteux (Robert Fauteux); brother Bill Jameson (Barbara Jameson); 23 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren (two more coming); and 1 great, great grandchild.
She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother, she loved First Tuesdays with her 7 children, Coolfont, WV with her girls, and family vacations at Nags Head, NC and Scituate, MA. She also loved to dance, play cards, red wine, and winning beer pong tournaments with her grandkids.
Mass will be held at St James Catholic Church, 905 Park Ave, Falls Church, VA Wednesday, February 2nd at 10am, followed by burial at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042 and reception to follow.
