Mrs. Venuto was one of the most genuine women I knew. She taught me how to snap green beans when I was a young child, comforted me and scolded me like one of her own, and sold my husband and me our first home. She would smile when you  into the room, making all feel truly welcome. Over the last year when I visited with her and the family, she was still just as welcoming even when in pain. Mrs. Venuto exemplified true southern hospitality and kindness. Though I miss her, I know she is out of pain and iwith Mr. Venuto in everlasting peace. To all the Venuto family, you are in my prayers. Joanne

Lynn, you will be missed. You had incredible wit! What I loved most about you  was your outspoken way of being. You stood by your convictions regardless of other's opinions. I wish I had known you longer but I am glad I got to know you for a portion of my life. You were a hoot and made me laugh often. To the Venuto Family,
I was saddened to hear about Lynn's passing. Please accept my sincere condolences. Tho I have not seen Lynn since moving from McLean we have kept in touch and the last time I spoke with her she helped me through a difficult time of my own. I will miss her and will be thinking of you all in the days ahead.
