
Neil Russell Stoutenburgh, 70, of Woodbridge, VA, died unexpectedly of natural causes on February 5, 2017, at River Run Apartments in Woodbridge. Russell was a veteran of the United States Army and a civil servant of the United States Postal Service until his retirement in 2003. He brought joy to many throughout his life, especially children, as a magician named Russ O’Neil. He was a long-time member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. Russell was preceded in death by his parents, the late Joseph Neil Stoutenburgh and the late Helen Frances Gallaher Stoutenburgh. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Joseph Randall and Linda Stoutenburgh, of Purcellville, VA, his brother and sister-in-law, Dale Francis and Linda Stoutenburgh, of Montclair, VA, nephews Bryan Russell and Joseph Frederick Stoutenburgh, and niece Kathryn Helen Collett. The family will be receiving visitors on February 12, 2017, 7-9 pm at Miller Funeral Home in Woodbridge. Interment will be on February 13, 2017, 10 am, at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA.
