Nestor B. Parra was born on Sept. 8, 1925 in Huaytara, Peru. His beloved parents were Natalio Parra and Maria Dolores Soldevilla. He was the second child out of 11 siblings plus one half sister and two half brothers.
He grew up and attended the early school years in Huaytara. Later on the years, he moved to Lima, Peru for work reasons and for higher education until he graduated as elementary school teacher.
In 1968 he married his lifetime sweetheart, Felicita Consuelo Trujillo. In 1969 they conceived their much beloved first and the only child, Maria J. Parra. In 1983, Nestor moved to US/Virginia and to start up a new life with his family. In the late 90s and mid 2000, He became Grandfather and enjoyed the love of his two beautiful grand-daughters, Alyssa and Angelina Daza.
He always was a very dedicated, responsible, firm but with full of love for his family. On, April12, 2013 he departed for a better life and join our Eternal and Holy Father in heaven.
