Norine Ann Phillips, 87, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, June 19, 2017. Norine is preceded in death by her beloved husband Roy Phillips, her parents Vernon and Ruth Kidwell, and her daughter Norma Pendergast. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved daughters Peggy Tetro (Chuck) and Shirley Day (Leroy); her eight cherished grandchildren; her eleven precious great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends at National Funeral Home, 7428 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042 on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 beginning at 11:00 am followed by a brief committal service where Norine will be laid to rest with her husband, Roy. The family invites all guest to join them at the funeral home for a small reception.
