She was predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Helen Sweeney and her brother, Mike Sweeney.
Pat is survived by her husband of 59 years, Harry, her children; Dr. Brian Burke (Ann) of Oakwood, OH, Eileen Gasteiger (Larry) of Fairfax, VA, John Burke (Regina) of McLean, VA, Maura Burke of Washington DC., 9 grandchildren; Harry, Madeline, John, Elizabeth, William, Nicholas, Faith, Charles and Samuel and 2 siblings; Alice Day O'Shea and Mary Flood.
A visitation will be held at National Funeral Home in Falls Church, VA on Thursday June 8, 2017 from 5-8 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church, Falls Church VA on Friday June 9, 2017 at 10 am.
Burial at a later date.
