Paul was born in Washington D.C. to Harry and Frances Ketcham on September, 3 1947. He attended grade school and high school in Annandale, Virginia. He married Lourdes Tauli on June 15, 1991 in Annandale. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education.
Paul worked as a crew leader for the Washington Gas Company for 34 years. Prior to this, he served in the Army and was stationed in Germany in 1969. He was honorably discharged in 1972.
Throughout Paul’s life, he was involved in the Knights of Columbus and the wrestling teams at Annandale High School and ECU. He received many awards and trophies while wrestling for ECU, which included placing first at the North Carolina Collegiate Tournament in 1974.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Frances Ketcham.
Paul is survived by his wife, Lourdes Ketcham; his children, Rhoda, James, and Kathyleen Ketcham; and his siblings, Kathleen Berg, Pat Ketcham, and Marijon Venglik.
Memorials may be given to Lourdes Ketcham.

Funeral and burial services will be held on Friday, September 25 at National Funeral Home. The viewing will be from 11am to 1pm, and the burial service will be from 2pm to 3pm.
