Paulette was a beautiful woman who graduated from Colerain High School, married the love of her life, Raymond M. Culter.
Paulette leaves behind her two children, Paul Culter (Ann Tenkman Culter) and Tina Culter Kilby. She moved to Falls Church, Virginia in 1972; where she worked as a teacher’s aid at Westlawn Elementary for 20 years, before being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Paulette touched many hearts, especially those of her grandchildren; Kaetlyn, Jessica, McKenna and Jake Culter, and Raeanna Kilby.
Paulette is survived by her sister, Rosella, who affectionately called her "Polly". Paulette was preceded in death by her sister Peg Preston, Russell Wuerth and Ronald Wuerth. Paulette had a fiery attitude and passion for music and dance; there wasn’t a moment when she wouldn’t dance to a good song. She had a strong circle of friends who will truly miss her laughter and spunkiness. Towards the end of her battle, Paulette continued to put a smile on the faces of her family, friends and companions who took such amazing care of her.
We thank you, Marchell and Emily for ensuring mom's comfort and care as her constant companions and for all the long hours of walking the halls with her and the endless amount of love you both gave to her.
A remembrance will be held with family and friends at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the Goodwin House Foundation in Paulette’s honor
