Percy Lujan

Percy was born in Peru to Fernando and Lilia Lujan on June 9th, 1967. He married Cecilia Nima on September 7,1996 in Falls Church, VA. They completed their family with two beautiful children, Vanessa and Anthony.

Percy was known for his hard work and dedication to provide for his family. He started his first company in his early twenties and became a successful entrepreneur, eventually running various businesses. Percy also exceled in real estate investing and development. He had a natural ability to recognize the potential in properties that others considered undesirable. He enjoyed purchasing properties, making significant improvements, and renting them to happy tenants.

Percy often said, “Family is number one”. His joy in life was always his family. He had a passion for designing his home to accommodate family gatherings and make them as enjoyable as possible. Percy found pleasure in spending time with friends and family, often hosting celebrations and holiday events where everyone was welcomed. He also loved to travel and explore new places with his loved ones. He will be dearly missed by so many.

Percy is preceded in death by his son Anthony Percy Lujan.

Percy is survived by his wife Cecilia Lujan, daughter Vanessa Lujan, siblings Cesar Lujan, Ruben Lujan, Fernando Lujan, and Lia Lujan, parents Lilia Lujan and Fernando Lujan, and nieces Mimi Lujan, Emily Lujan, Mirkalah Lujan, and Sofia Gomez and nephews Ryan Lujan, Sebastian Gomez, Mikell Lujan, Leonardo Gomez and Santiago Lujan.
