Philip D. Ruths 60, of Arlington passed away April 11, 2011. He is survived by three sisters Barbara Santucci of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Mimi Crites of Salisbury, NC, and Roberta (Ed) Pifer of Sterling, VA, three nieces, Corry Miller of Harpers Ferry, WV, Crystal Crites of Centerville, VA, Emily Ruths of Sterling VA, and his nephew Edward Pifer of Sterling, VA. Two great nephews Charles and Mason Miller of Harpers Ferry, WV. Philip is preceded in death by his loving parents Robert and Mary Ruths. Grave Side Services will be held Wednesday April 27, 2011 11:00 a.m. at National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
