On Thursday, July 18, 2013, of Falls Church, VA. Husband of the late Charlene M. Penley. Father of Karen (Rory) O’Connor, Susan (Darrell, Deceased) Brewster, Marty (George) Nadeau, Robert (Susan) Penley, Harold (Karen) Penley, and Bill (Telka) Penley. Brother of Bill Penley, Phyllis Anderson, and Janet Lenhart. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 23 between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral in the chapel at the Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 W Broad Street, Falls Church, VA. Interment in National Memorial Park Cemetery, Falls Church, VA.
