Richard Van Brinkley 58, of Fairfax passed away Thurdsay December 15, 2011. He is survived by his brother Phillip Brinkley. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas but has lived in Fairfax for the last 16 years. Richard will be deeply missed. Funeral Arrangements are private.
