I remember the first time I met Rich in 2002 when I first started at the agency in Chantilly and he was a mentor to me, taught me everything I knew to this day about physical security and was just an overall awesome person I am heartbroken to hear about his passing and I pray for his family. I will forever miss you my friend and I hope you will forever rest in eternal peace. Goodbye my friend

I remember meeting Richard for the first time. He sat down beside me and introduced himself with a big smile. As of that moment I instantly knew he was a kind and caring man with a pure heart. Before I knew it, we were in a deep conversation full of joy laughter. His tremendous charisma was contagious, it brings out the best in everyone around him. Although our interactions weren’t as many as I would have hoped, it did feel like a lifetime. You will always be in our hearts, my dear Uncle Richard.

I will always cherish the few but weighty memories I have of my dear Uncle Richard. Even as a child it was obvious to me that Uncle Richard’s greatest accomplishment was being a family man and a good father, which is a rare and admirable quality that I look up to.

I pray that Uncle Richard’s family, specifically his two daughters Sarah and Leena, are able to endure this challenging time.

It is always painful saying goodbye to the special people people in our lives, and I hope that Uncle Richard’s family will be in solace knowing that he is in our prayers.

Please accept my deepest condolence.
It was an absolute privelage knowing Richard, and being his sister was an honor. He was a wonderful part of our family and the fact that my father loved him dearly is enough to know that Richard undoubtedly was a generous and pure soul. He has left us all with a heavy heart, yet with beautiful memories filled with laughter.
Moreover, Richard has left us all with the knowledge that it is possible to be a good, kind and dear human being. It is rare to find an equal to Richard.
May Allah rest his soul in peace.
May Allah have mercy on Richard’s beautiful soul and grant him Jannat alFerdous.
In shaa Allah.
Ameen. 💙
