I am shocked and saddened by this unhappy news. Robert was so funny and fun. I was crazy about him. I guess I was a little bit crazy too. I finally settled down as he always told me to do. I hadn't spoken to him in over 15 years since after our divorce.  I hope he had a good life. I am glad he spent time in Paris, his favorite city in the world. Wishing love and peace to his family, especially Charles, who has had so much loss in the past few years.

I am so sad to hear of Robert's passing. He was a wonderful man. Charm, funny and very smart. I have wonderful photos of him to remind me. He flew me into Paris and use to visit me in Malibu. My heart goes out to his family.  

I am so saddened and shocked to hear we lost Rob, "Robby Love".... He was a charismatic and endearing classmate of mine at Middlesex. I send all my prayers and wishes for strength and peaceful memories as family and friends cope with such a great loss. May your fondest memories remain foremost in your hearts. I am terribly saddened to learn of Roberts passing.  I had the opportunity to work with him at FedEx, as we were in the same new hire pilot class in 1996 and shared many friends in common both having lived in Paris for many years.

His smile, wonderful sense of humor and ever positive outlook will be missed by all of us pilots at FedEx and in the American ex-pat community here in Paris.  Fly safely home Bob...you will be missed.  Amities,  Nancy
